Founder of FMS and architect by trade, Enrico has grown his career as an entrepreneur project manager, having been involved in the construction of prestigious projects worldwide.
Taking a page from the work ethic he recognizes as paramount to achieving success at the highest levels, and thanks to his skill and management ability, Enrico built a business that has expanded into south east Asia with operations in Hong Kong, China Singapore and Malaysia.
Born and raised in Italy, he was deeply influenced by the culture and success of Italian football. His passion for the sport encouraged many different ways that he was exposed to the world of football, from a young age. Having built success, knowledge and strong network as an international manager , Enrico now turns his sights back onto his childhood dream passion of forming a football club. Now that dream takes its first step towards reality with the forming of Football Management Solutions (FMS)

Director Coach
Professional football coach, Giuliano developed his carrier with 40 years of experience in the football world. He started as a young player, at the early age of 15, his football career should have been more prominent; but unfortunately Giuliano was not well advised by a good manager, and he only managed to arrive to the Serie C division.
As a coach, Giuliano is much more successful. He now specializes in leading youth players to success, and even managed to train and grow several famous players. With his great coaching experience, Giuliano was appointed as Director of Coaching for the Youth Academy by AC Milan in Livorno.

Technical Director
Marco Amelia, is an Italian professional footballer who plays as a goalkeeper. A Roma youth product, Amelia spent most of his professional club career at Livorno, where he made 181 appearances across all competitions, including playing and scoring in the 2006–07 UEFA Cup. He later played for several other Italian clubs, and also had a spell in England as a reserve goalkeeper with Chelsea.
At international level, Amelia won a Bronze medal at the 2004 Olympics, and earned nine senior caps for Italy between 2005 and 2009. He was part of the squad that won the 2006 FIFA World Cup, also being included for Italy's UEFA Euro 2008 and 2009 FIFA Confederations Cup squads.

Coach
Jorge Vargas (born 8 February 1976 in Santiago de Chile) is a retired Chilean football defender. Vargas debuted in his country's first division in 1995, while playing for Huachipato on loan from Universidad Católica. After returning from his loan spell Vargas received little playing time for Universidad Católica, and was consequently loaned out during the 1997 season to Coquimbo Unido, where he began to make a name for himself with his solid play. By 1999 Vargas established himself as the symbol and most prominent member of the club appearing in 38 matches. Vargas started drawing interest from Italian clubs and by the end of 1999 was sold to Reggina. With Reggina in the Italian series A, Vargas enjoyed the most successful
part of his career, in four years he appeared in 97 league matches scoring 3 goals.
In 2003/04 Vargas joined Empoli,. After his experience with Empoli, Vargas signed with A.S Livorno, where he recaptured the form that made him a standout for Reggina. In two years at the Tuscan club Vargas appeared in 55 league matches.
After his successful serie A career Vargas signed on with top Austrian club Red Bull Salzburg for the 2006/07 season. He appeared in 26 league matches helping the club to the Austrian Bundesliga crown. During the latter months of 2006 and early 2007 Vargas was captain of the Chilean national team. Vargas has represented Chile 52 times, scoring a lone goal versus Uruguay from the penalty spot.

Director Athletic Coach
The professor Stefano Bacci has accumulated over 35 years of activity as an athletic trainer of professional and amateur teams a remarkable experience, and an overall vision physical condition of the football player precise and timely. Over the years he has increasingly his knowledge by refining a specific personal methodology of athletic training aimed at the performance and prevention of injuries. His insights into the component of strength and endurance have been crucial to open up new scenarios in athletic preparation for modern football.
He also specialized in the development of a neuron-motor growth system within the football school. His work then continued in the gym, where he is currently taking care of the post-injury rehabilitation plan and the elimination of engine gaps. It is also specialized in the administration of motor protocols for metabolic diseases. There were many projects in which he participated and coordinated, among which we remember the university master Iife of 2003/2004 promoted by the Tuscan region and carried out as an educational coordinator. He currently collaborates in the development of projects from the most varied themes and is involved in the activity of the Personal Training gym, which also takes care of athletic training plans for all sports aimed at optimizing performance. He also provides scientific advice on issues related to movement and physical performance. He has practiced and practiced many sports including football, rowing, karate at Italian levels, mountain running, golf, cycling, swimming.
